Planning permission was achieved to double the footprint of this substantial and prestigious property once owned by Madonna.

A sympathetic scheme in keeping with the guidelines of the Boltons’ Conservation area was conceived to allow for an additional double storey leisure suite including pool, steam rooms, gym and ancillary staff accommodation.

An internal re-organisation and rear extension has also been accepted by the planning authorities. The planning gains have increased the property from 4,500sq. ft to 7,500 sq. ft.

The property was sold with the benefit of the planning but before works commenced.
